Our kitchen, led by chef David Heras, focuses on fresh, local ingredients to create exceptional dishes that highlight flavors, colors, and textures. We use Vichy Catalan thermal water to further enhance the quality of our preparations.
We offer a daily menu, reflecting the healthy Mediterranean diet, a gastronomic menu to delight the most demanding palates, and a selection of tapas that will satisfy all guests.
Our Chef - David Heras
A chef with over 25 years of experience, trained at the Escola de Cuina in Sabadell and the Escola Joviat in Manresa, where he was recognized as the top student in his class. He has worked in renowned establishments, including El Celler de Matadepera (1* Michelin) and Elbullihotel by Ferran Adrià (2* Michelin).
At the 1881 Hotel Balneario Vichy Catalan, he has earned awards such as Restaurant of the Year 2011 (Guía Gourmand) and co-authored the book *La Cuina dels Cartells Modernistes*. He continues to innovate with R&D projects in collaboration with industry companies, like Algabrava and Aviram Torrent.
Delicius Restaurant
Restaurant Delícius offers dishes made with local, high-quality products, enhancing flavors, colors, and textures through the use of Vichy Catalan thermal water. The daily menus include updated regional dishes, aligned with the principles of the healthy Mediterranean diet. In addition, there is a tasting menu for the most discerning palates and a carefully curated wine list with accredited wineries.
